It seems that these days, parades are getting less fun, and more dangerous. Over the Labor day weekend, at the popular West Indian Day Parade that took place in Brooklyn NY two people were fatally stabbed and two others were shot.
Over the weekend, eye witness reports (and pictures) show a Philadelphia police officer punched a young woman after assuming she threw a water bottle in his direction.
The officer who is identified as Lt. Jonathan Josey, approached the young woman, and proceeded to punch her in the face. She is then handcuffed by another cop.
