NYC is expecting up to 8 inches of snow tonight :(. That won't keep us home-bound though. We're NY-ers! There are a million parties to hit up, movies to go see (James Cameron's new film, Avatar came out yesterday), and even sledding in the park! But i still want to be footwear fashionable in the slush. My suggestion for some cutesy feet candy are the Tory Burch Matthew rubber rain shoes. They are completely sold out in the Tory Burch stores though, but you can def try Ebay. There are still some available there!

As if we needed another celeb to come out with another fragrance, Beyonce spoke exclusively to WWD and stated her fragrance called "Heat" would be in stores February 2010. Bey said:
I’m so happy with it.I’ve been working on it for a while now. I was on tour for a year, and I have meet-and-greets with fans. I’ve never in my life gotten so many compliments.

Regarding the name of her fragrance and design of the bottle, Bey states:
A lot of my performances have had fire involved, so we thought ‘Heat. Also, red is one of my favorite colors, as is gold. Both colors frame the bottle. So then we thought of making the bottle look like it’s on fire. I love antique bottles — my mother had a collection of them when I was growing up.

RIP, Chris Henry

The Cincinatti Bengals are mourning the death of their wide receiver 26 y.o. Chris Henry today. In a senseless death, Chris and his fiance had a domestic argument in North Carolina, the fiance drove away in a pickup truck and Henry jumped into the cab of the truck only to fall off moments later. Word is they were planning their wedding.
