Prosecutors reduced a felony assault charge to a misdemeanor as a District of Columbia judge released Brown, who exited the courthouse to cheers and flashed a peace sign to supporters after getting locked up over the weekend during Howard's Homecoming.

Supposedly the guy he punched was trying to get on his tour bus.  Mama Breeze showed up in DC to support her son in court.
